As of January 27th 2014 I am training for my first half marathon. I put together a training schedule based on a few I've found online through Cool Running, Runners World, Hal Higdon and Jeff Galloway.

Week 1 (January 27th - February 2nd)

Wednesday: Rest/Cross train
Thursday: 3 miles
Friday: Rest/Cross train
Saturday: 4 miles
Sunday: 3 miles
